About Better Everyday Vibes

I’m Jason, and I run Better Everyday Vibes.

This site exists because of a simple gap: most health, fitness, and focus advice is built for someone else — gym rats with two spare hours a day, or office workers whose commute forces movement into their schedule. If you work from home, you already know none of it quite fits. The gym is optional, the fridge is ten steps away, and the line between “working” and “living” quietly disappears.

So this site does one job: it digs into the research on health, movement, focus, and recovery, and translates it for a work-from-home life.

Here’s the honest version of how it works. I’m not a doctor, a trainer, or a product tester with a lab. What I do is read the studies and expert guidance, look at what the evidence actually says (and what it doesn’t), and turn it into something practical you can use at a desk in a small apartment. When I recommend a product, I show you the criteria used to pick it — not a made-up story about testing it for six months. When popular advice is overhyped, I say so.

The goal is simple: honest, practical, clutter-free guidance for staying healthy and focused around the way you actually work.

Thanks for being here.
