I’m Jason, and I run Better Everyday Vibes.

For years I worked at a desk, and I kept running into the same problem: almost all the health, fitness, and focus advice out there is built for someone else — gym rats with two spare hours a day, or office workers with a building’s worth of equipment and a commute that forces movement into their schedule. When you work from home, none of it quite fits. The gym is optional, the fridge is ten steps away, the line between “working” and “living” disappears, and your body quietly pays for it.

So I started this site to figure out what actually works for people like us — people who work from home and want to stay healthy, focused, and energized without overhauling their whole life.

Here’s how I approach it. I’m not a doctor and I don’t pretend to be. What I do is dig into the research, look at what the evidence actually says (and what it doesn’t), and translate it into something you can use at a desk in a small apartment. When I recommend a product, I tell you the criteria I used to choose it, not a fake story about testing it for six months. When the popular advice is overhyped, I say so.

The goal is simple: honest, practical, clutter-free guidance for building a healthier daily life around the way you actually work.
